Everything you need to know about buying, downloading, and
printing your Emma Art prints.

Downloads

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your files instantly from your order confirmation page — no waiting required. The link remains active for 30 days, and you can download your files up to 5 times.

All prints come as high-resolution JPEG files (minimum 300 DPI), which is the professional standard for printing. Some collections also include a PDF version. The files are ready to send straight to any print shop or home printer.

First, check your spam or junk folder — occasionally emails land there. If the link has expired or you've exceeded the download limit, just drop me a message via the Contact page with your order number and I'll resend it right away. I'm always happy to help.

Download links are active for 30 days from purchase. I'd recommend saving your files to your computer or cloud storage (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox) as soon as you download them so you'll always have a copy. If you ever lose your file, contact me with your order details and I'll do my best to help.

Printing

Because the files are ultra-high resolution, they can be printed at almost any size without losing quality. Common sizes include:

  • A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) — perfect for desk frames
  • A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) — great statement piece
  • A2 (42 × 59.4 cm) — bold wall art
  • 18×24 inch or 24×36 inch — large format

I recommend printing at A3 or larger to really do justice to the detail in each piece.

You have lots of great options:

  • At home — if you have a good inkjet printer, this works well for smaller sizes
  • Local print shops — just take your file on a USB stick or email it to them
  • Online print labs — Snapfish, Photobox, Printful, or Canvaspop all do excellent work and deliver to your door

For the best colour accuracy, choose a lab that offers fine art or photo printing on matte or satin paper.

For wall art, I recommend matte fine art paper (230–310 gsm) or premium photo satin. These surfaces bring out the richness of the colours and give the print a professional gallery feel. Avoid standard copy paper — the colours will look flat and the detail will be lost.

Colour can vary slightly between screens and printers — this is completely normal. Screens are backlit and often show more vivid colours than a printed result. For the truest colour reproduction, ask your print lab about colour-managed printing or ICC profiles. Most good labs handle this automatically.

Orders & Payment

I accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely — I never store your payment details.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," I'm unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if there's a technical issue with your file — such as a corrupted download or a file that won't open — please contact me and I'll sort it out immediately. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to me.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. I never have access to your full card details, and all data is handled with complete security.

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, it's possible the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. Get in touch via the Contact page with your name and the approximate time of purchase and I'll look into it straight away.

The Artwork

Yes, every single design is 100% original — created by hand by me from scratch. I start every piece with sketches and build up layers of composition, colour, and texture digitally. There are no templates, no AI generation, and no stock elements. What you buy is a piece of my genuine creative work.

The licence included with each purchase is for personal use only — this means you can print and display the artwork in your own home, gift a printed copy, or use it for non-commercial personal projects. Commercial use (printing on products for sale, using in advertising, reselling the files) is not permitted without a commercial licence. Please get in touch if you're interested in a commercial arrangement.

Occasionally! I do take on a small number of commissions when my schedule allows. If you have something specific in mind — a portrait, a personalised piece for a gift, or a bespoke design for your space — drop me a message and we can have a chat about what's possible.
