Delivery All products are digital downloads delivered instantly to your email after purchase. No physical shipping is involved.

Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been sent. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on digital art files as they cannot be returned.

However, if you experience technical issues downloading your file, or if the file is corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at emilijamihajlov@gmail.com and we will resend your file or provide a full refund.

EU Customers If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the download link has not yet been accessed.
